Per the Bylaws Article X, Sections 1 and 4, each Member Club in good standing is entitled to two votes and each Delegate at Large in good standing is entitled to one vote at the Annual Business Meeting.

There are three basic steps in the voting process: designate a proxyholder, complete Credentials, and cast the votes at the Annual Business Meeting.
