Easily Promote the 2022 Convention! — Get members and non-members alike excited for the 2022 Convention with these new promotional tools: display 2022 Convention Zoom Backgrounds in online meetings; share 2022 Convention Presentation Slides with members before meetings begin; post 2022 Convention Social Media Graphics on social channels, and use the 2022 Convention Email Signature now through August.

Help Clubs Designate a Proxyholder — Voting is an important way for each club to make its voice heard. Club Presidents, Secretaries, and liaisons will be emailed this month about how to assign the club's proxy as the first step of the voting process. District Directors should contact club officers and ensure a proxyholder is selected to vote on behalf of the club.

Prepare to Vote — The Board of Directors is putting forth 12 proposals this year for consideration by the voting membership at the 2022 Annual Business Meeting. Visit the 2022 Proposals page and read through the Frequently Asked Questions for more information on the proposed amendments to the Bylaws of Toastmasters International and the Club Constitution.

Reporting Requirements Due July 15 — Districts must fulfill certain reporting requirements by July 15 to access the reserve account and place supply orders. Look for details in upcoming emails from World Headquarters.

Early-bird Convention Registration Ends Soon! — Experience the quintessential public-speaking and storytelling event of the year, the 2022 International Convention. Register for the in-person event (early-bird pricing ends July 21!), to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, or sign up to join the online experience. Toastmaster Magazine Coloring Contest — Do you have a family member 17 or younger who loves to color? This contest is their chance to be published! The winner's work will appear as the October 2022 magazine cover, celebrating Toastmasters International's 98th anniversary. Encourage the young artists in your life to color and submit this drawing by July 31!

Get Ready for District Leader Training — District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Directors: Develop your core leadership skills and network with others from around the world at this year's District Leader Training! Sessions will take place August 15–16, 2022 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, prior to the start of the annual Toastmasters International Convention. More information, including links to Pre-work assignments, will be emailed to you later this month.

Let's Help Recently Closed Clubs Reinstate! — A new incentive has been approved that will make the reinstatement process easier than ever. Details have been sent to District leaders with qualifying closed clubs. Please email renewals@toastmasters.org with any questions.

Congratulations to New Districts — On July 1, three new Districts in India reformed from Districts 41 and 98 due to their continued growth. Please welcome District 124, District 125, and District 126!
