The 2026 Annual Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 19, at 12 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7). Voting will be conducted during the meeting through an electronic voting system. Voting delegates, both onsite and online, will use their own devices for voting.

• Proxy Assignment will go live no later than July 10, 2026.
• Proxy assignment will close on August 12 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (UTC –7).
• The online Credentials process will be conducted August 13-16, 2026.
• Online training sessions for voting delegates will be held August 17 and 18.
