Are Your Clubs Losing Leads? — A recent survey of prospective members found that 53% of all respondents never visited a club for one reason: they had filled out the Find a Club form and never heard back from a club representative! Don’t let your clubs miss out on new people; encourage them to check the Prospective Member Management page frequently. This step-by-step video shows how to make the most of this tool and this FAQ has more information.

Prepare for Mid-year Training — District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Growth Directors: schedule ample time to complete the Pre-work prior to training. The more prepared you are, the more you will benefit from the experience.

Recognize Your Corporate Sponsors! — If your District is scheduled for an official International Officer or International Director District visit this spring, consider nominating up to two corporate sponsors for the Corporate Recognition Award. Nominations are due 6-8 weeks prior to your event, not later than March 25. Learn more, access marketing materials, and submit the nomination form.

Prepare for Elections — The District Leadership Committee should be seeking District leader candidates for the 2026-2027 program year. To ensure the District election is successful, review the Elections Toolkit and Protocol 9.0: District Campaigns and Elections.

Achieve Distinguished Club Program Goals — Review the Distinguished Performance Reports and Club Success Plans to see which of your clubs are on track for Distinguished status and which need additional assistance to reach their goals.

Visit the District Realignment webpage to download available reports for Regions 1-7 and/or 8-14. These will be updated periodically to reflect the addition of new clubs and any necessary corrections.
