Round Two of Club Officer Training — To learn current best practices and to receive credit in the Distinguished Club Program, be sure that your club sends at least four officers to this round of officer training. For more information about club officer training, please contact the Program Quality Director for your District.

Inspiring Speakers: We Want You! — Do you have an amazing talent for capturing a crowd? Apply to be a presenter at an upcoming Toastmasters event! We welcome dynamic moderators, panelists, education speakers, keynotes, comedians, and more, who have experience addressing large international audiences, be it in person or online. Use this form to submit a video and be considered today.

Set Goals Now for Later Success — It might only be November, but why not take a few minutes to think about where you want your club to be in April or May with new officers, the Distinguished Club Program, and speech contests? It will be time well spent and will help your club avoid the last-minute scramble.

Help Prospective Members Visit Your Club — To ensure an excellent first impression for prospective members, update your club meeting schedule and activities on your club's website to help guide their participation in and around special events.

Send in Your Semiannual Officer List — Does your club elect officers twice a year? If so, plan to hold your elections this month. Then, submit your new officer list online via Club Central, or download the Club Officer Information form and email it to clubofficers@toastmasters.org by December 31 to receive Distinguished Club credit. Not sure how to host a club officer election? Refer to page 53 of the Club Leadership Handbook.
