Collect Member Dues Soon — October 2026 renewals can now be submitted in Club Central. If your club is Self-Pay enabled, your members can submit their membership dues from their My Home page.

Get Your Legacy Path Pins and Ribbons Before They Are Gone! — Several pins and ribbons for legacy paths will be discontinued once the current inventory is gone. Designate a Proxyholder by August 12 — Make your club’s voice heard by voting in the International Officer and Director elections. Ensure that your club’s proxyholder will be able to attend the 2026 Annual Business Meeting, either onsite or online, on August 19 at 12 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) – 7. If you have any questions, email proxyinfo@toastmasters.org.

Time to Start Planning — Submit your Club Success Plan in Club Central by September 30, 2026, to be eligible to earn Distinguished status or better. To learn more, review the Distinguished Club Program and Club Success Plan handbook or the Distinguished Club Program FAQs.

International Candidate Showcase — Be sure to check out the recording of the International Candidate Showcase before the Annual Business Meeting. Take advantage of the opportunity to hear the international candidates answer questions to illustrate their applicable experiences and skills for service on the 2026-2027 Board of Directors.

Congratulations, Club Coaches! — We applaud all the club coaches who were successful for the 2025–2026 program year. If your second program year as a coach has expired and you were not able to achieve your club coach tasks, you could be reappointed! For reappointment, ask your District Director or Club Growth Director to submit a request to World Headquarters before September 30, 2026.

Vintage Paths Available to All — An exciting update was just made to vintage paths: Members no longer need to complete Level 1 in another path to get started! If you’ve been waiting to finish Level 1, the wait is over—if you’ve selected your first, free path, you can now purchase a vintage path through the Choose My Learning page.

Toastmasters Product Shipping Pause — World Headquarters will conduct a physical inventory of all warehouse products from November 2–13, 2026. To ensure your order ships before the inventory begins, please place your order by the end of the day on October 21. Orders placed October 22–November 13 will be held and shipped once the warehouse inventory is complete.

Submitting Payments — Credit card is the preferred method of dues payment to Toastmasters. If your club has submitted payment by wire transfer and has not received communication from World Headquarters, email the confirmation of the wire transfer (commonly called the SWIFT Receipt) to financequestions@toastmasters.org to ensure that the funds are allocated to your club for the purpose of renewing your members. Please note, international money orders are not accepted, even if they are in USD.
