Do you have an article or idea to share? Visit the submissions guidelines for how to submit your story or pitch for consideration. You can also submit photos to the Toastmaster magazine! In addition to Traveling Toastmaster photos that showcase members in various locations around the world, we enjoy seeing photos of your club in action and encourage you to be creative when submitting images. Any Toastmaster materials should meet the brand guidelines, and we love artistic angles, poses, and concepts. Check out the photo galleries at the bottom of the magazine page for inspiration.

Did you know you can read the Toastmaster on an eReader? Submit Your Club’s Semiannual Officer List

Does your club elect officers twice a year? If so, submit your new officer list online via Club Central, or download the Club Officer Information form and email it to clubofficers@toastmasters.org by December 31 to receive Distinguished Club credit.

Apply for the Accredited Speaker Program

If you’re thinking about applying for the Accredited Speaker Program in 2024, applications will be accepted starting January 1. This rigorous program is a multi-step process designed to give professional speakers who earn the AS designation a competitive edge by having their talents recognized by Toastmasters International. Applications are due to World Headquarters by January 31, 2024.
