What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

My strengths lie in my experience as a district leader serving in various roles, effective communication, strategic thinking and planning, problem-solving, leadership development, empathy, adaptability, resource management, motivation, and data-driven insights. These enable me to support District leaders for their success effectively.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

The current ongoing term as Region Advisor has been amazing and full of learning. Working with the Training Team and facilitating District Leader Training has been a blissful experience. The more I participated, the more I learned. The co-Region Advisors have been an excellent support group, cheering for each other's success. Interactions during the monthly calls with the Districts and sharing past experiences have helped both them and me become better at what we want to achieve. Getting an opportunity to serve in the centenary year of the organization will be a dream come true, playing a small but meaningful role in the organization's next centurion chapter.
