What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success:

Supporting District leaders in accomplishing the District mission by serving as a mentor, enabling them to come up with new ideas, supporting them in their new initiatives, guiding them in their team building activities, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting them in their training requirements are key factors that enable us to help Districts achieve success.

What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

Ability to mentor and coach culturally diversified groups, enabling collaboration among peer leaders, empathetically listening to their challenges, and motivating them to come up with solutions, helping them overcome conflicts, manifest sincerity, and dedication are some of the strengths that I bring to District leaders. Also, supporting them with my experience of serving as a District leader myself, appreciating them from time to time, and helping them stay focused on our core values.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

As a Region Advisor, it has been an enriching experience to guide and mentor District leaders in a dynamically changing and challenging environment. The varied perspectives that came up during discussions with District leaders has helped me understand the current requirements. Learning from fellow Region Advisors came in as a bonus. I would like to put these learnings and mentoring experiences to good use to support District leaders.
