What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

Having served as Area Director, Division Director, CGD, PQD, DD, IPDD, Parliamentarian and in other District leadership roles, I possess a comprehensive understanding of Toastmasters’ program delivery and governance. My strengths in training, mentoring, coaching, and facilitation—paired with a proven record of executing every District-level leadership role—enable me to add immediate value as Region Advisor. I can mentor and coach District Trios to develop robust District Success Plans and targeted marketing strategies; partner with the Club Growth Director to design scalable membership and club growth/retention initiatives; and assist the DPRM in crafting PR and communications plans that reinforce District objectives. Combined with professional experience working with global business organizations, my leadership credibility and practical know-how will help strengthen alignment between World Headquarters and the Districts and accelerate District performance.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

Since my tenure as an then Area Director, I have been actively involved in the formation of 56 clubs—whether by bringing in leads, sponsoring, mentoring, or delivering keynote speeches at open house meetings on the topic of “Why Toastmasters.” I am often invited as a keynote speaker for Open Houses due to my ability to inspire and connect with prospective members. As a Division Director, I played a vital role in the formation of 7 clubs, directly contributing to the District achieving Smedley Distinguished status. This momentum continued during my term as Club Growth Director and later as District Director. As Parliamentarian in 2024–25, I took on the role of coaching the District Director to build a lasting legacy, and under our collective leadership, the District achieved Smedley Distinguished recognition.

In my professional life I also coach and mentor a group of entrepreneurs, sales professionals and business owners to elevate business goals through associating with organization call Global B2B Network and organization which empowers Entrepreneurs and professionals globally to add value in their business.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

My life mission is to transform individuals and organizations through training, mentoring, and coaching. As part of this mission, I am passionate about engaging with individuals and organizations to support their growth and transformation. I believe the Region Advisor role aligns well with my mission. Having served in various District roles, I bring valuable experience that will help me support district officers in achieving the District Mission. This, in turn, will benefit the organization, the community, and the people around us. Being an entrepreneur I have the freedom to follow my passion and interest. Serving as RA serves contributes to my passion and mission of my life to transform individuals and organizations.
