What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

Region Advisors support District leaders in achieving the District Mission through the District Recognition Program; mentor leaders in creating District Success Plans, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong leadership teams; facilitate training; share best practices; and serve as a link between Districts and World Headquarters. I bring hands-on experience across all aspects of the Region Advisor role, drawing not only from my Toastmasters leadership journey but also from my corporate career, where I have served in various leadership and regional support roles across multiple locations and countries.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

In Toastmasters, I have coached and continue to coach members, club & district leaders, and district leadership teams. Over the past few years, I have also coached district leadership teams across multiple districts, particularly in club growth strategies to charter new clubs and revitalize struggling clubs. Whether working with individuals, clubs or district teams, my approach is consistent: listen to understand, build trust to influence effectively, and guide leaders toward sustainable achievement of their goals.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

I am passionate about mentoring, coaching, and training, and I am continually striving to grow as a leader. I believe this opportunity will challenge me and help me further develop in meaningful ways. During my service as CGD, PQD, DD, and later as PRM, I benefited tremendously from the guidance and support of Region Advisors. I now hope to draw on the leadership experience I have developed over the years, both in and out of Toastmasters, to support District leaders in achieving at least Distinguished District and in strengthening how they work together as cohesive, effective teams
