Encourage Online October and April Dues — Inspire your members to continue their journey; October dues are still being accepted online through the Membership Management page, and clubs may begin submitting April and October 2027 renewals. Online payment remains the quickest method, though other payment options are available. If renewals paid by wire transfer are missing from your roster, send your SWIFT receipt to the Finance Team at financequestions@toastmasters.org, and the list of members to Club Quality and Member Support at membership@toastmasters.org. Responsible AI Use: New Guidance — As AI tools become more common, Toastmasters has established guidance in Protocol 4.0 to help members use them responsibly. The new section outlines expectations for ethical AI use, data privacy, intellectual property protection, brand compliance, and disclosure of AI-generated content. Smedley Award 2026 — Contest submissions for the Smedley Award have ended. All notifications regarding clubs that have earned the award will be posted in late October. Invocations and Pledges — Invocations and pledges are popular ways to open club meetings with an inspirational message. They are usually one or two minutes in length, delivered by a designated club member, and are entirely optional. If your club chooses to open a meeting with an invocation or pledge, always respect the diversity of club members and visitors.
Need Help Logging In? — If a club member has difficulty logging in, use the Forgot Passwordfeature, which sends an email prompting the user to create a new password. If that doesn't resolve the issue, email membership@toastmasters.org.
