What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success?

As a Region Advisor, my primary responsibility is to support district leaders in cultivating resilient, accountable teams that work collaboratively to fulfill the district's mission—establishing new clubs and empowering existing ones to achieve excellence. This will all be accomplished by building strong relationships, sharing best practices and strategic guidance.

What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

I consistently exemplify integrity, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence. My greatest strength lies in active listening—valuing diverse perspectives and fostering innovative thinking. I encourage others to think beyond conventional boundaries, while motivating and uplifting teams even in the face of unexpected challenges.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

I am motivated to serve as a Region Advisor because I am committed to supporting and empowering our leaders. Having served in all TRIO roles, I bring both empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges new district leaders may face. My recent journey as a Region Advisor has significantly strengthened my leadership, especially through facilitating and attending trainings focused on team resilience, strategic thinking, and the value of Toastmasters. These experiences have equipped me to effectively guide and support leaders in achieving the district mission.
