The Credentials process must be completed in order for a proxyholder or Delegate at Large to vote.

When do proxyholders and Delegates at Large need to complete the Credentials process?Back to Top
The Credentials process will open on August 13, at 12 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)/Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) -7, and must be completed before August 16, at 8 p.m. PDT/UTC -7. This timeframe is also known as the acceptance period.

How does a proxyholder or a Delegate at Large complete the Credentials process during the acceptance period?Back to Top
To complete the Credentials process, beginning August 13, 2026, follow the steps below:
- Log in to toastmasters.org/myhome with your email and password.
- Scroll to the Annual Business Meeting section on My Home (directly below the My Education and Achievements section).
- Click on “My Votes & Instructions.”
- Under My Proxies, click on “Accept all votes” at the bottom of the page.
- Watch the voter training video and confirm your intent to vote by checking the boxes and clicking “Accept all votes.”
- Press “Return to My Votes & Instructions.”
- Click on “Download Proxy Summary Report” and select the desired paper size.
- Print and/or save your Proxy Summary Report to use when voting during the Annual Business Meeting.

How will a club’s proxyholder be notified of the Credentials process?Back to Top
All proxyholders will be sent daily emails that contain basic instructions and remind them to complete Credentials.

What time zone is being used for the Credentials process?Back to Top
The opening and closing times for the Credentials process will be in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)/Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) -7.

Are Delegates at Large required to complete the Credentials process to vote at the Annual Business Meeting?Back to Top
Yes, Delegates at Large must complete the Credentials process to cast their one vote at the Annual Business Meeting.

If a proxyholder or Delegate at Large has opted out of receiving Toastmasters emails, how will they receive information about the Credentials process?Back to Top
If a member selected “No” for email under “My Privacy and Consents,” that member will still receive communications related to their membership and the organization’s business, such as Credentials and voting.

Can a District Director see a list of which club proxies have been accepted within their District?Back to Top
District Directors will be able to see for which clubs the proxyholder has accepted the votes or not. This information is accessed by following these steps:
- Log in to toastmasters.org/myhome with your email and password.
- Scroll to the Annual Business Meeting section on My Home (directly below the My Education and Achievements section).
- Click on “Club Proxy Designations.”
District Directors are provided the Club Presidents’ names and contact information to allow for follow-up.
