Help Members Easily Submit Dues — Give your members the option to conveniently submit their international dues payments online. Enable Self-Pay at the bottom of the Club Contact and Meeting Information page in Club Central, then click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Submit Dues by April 1 — Submit on behalf of your members on the Membership Management page, or encourage them to submit their own dues with Self-Pay. If your club handles dues by using a wire transfer, submit a wire remittance and a list of renewing members to membership@toastmasters.org. Submit by April 1 to qualify your club for the Distinguished Club Program. Remember, unpaid officers lose access to Club Central 30 days after their membership expires. Additionally, members must submit dues before the start of a speech contest to be eligible.

Talk Up Toastmasters! — The Talk Up Toastmasters program recognizes your club for adding five new, dual, or reinstating members to its roster with a join date between February 1 and March 31. When you do, your club will earn a ribbon to display with the club banner, plus a 10% discount on the next club order from the Toastmasters Online Store! Member applications and payments must be received no later than March 31.

Is Your Club in Good Standing? — To find out, select your club's District from the Daily Reports — October Dues Renewal Status and ensure your club is listed as "Verified Complete." The Club Status Guide will help determine how your club's current status affects various programs, such as speech contests. If you notice a discrepancy, contact the Club Quality and Member Support Team at membership@toastmasters.org. Clubs currently not in good standing have until March 31, 2026, to correct their membership and avoid suspension. Clubs must be in good standing to participate in speech contests.

Check Your DTM Progress — To see what you have completed toward your Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) award, elect the "Welcome" message at the top of My Home. From there, click "Club Support Roles" to view a list of your club mentor, sponsor, or coach appointments. "Offices Held" will show your past club and District leadership roles, and "Education Awards" presents a complete list of Toastmasters awards you have earned.

Ensure Paths Are Completed — Remember, members don’t receive Distinguished Club Program credit for completing a path until the Path Completion section has been fully completed—this means there’s an additional project for them to complete once they’ve submitted Level 5. The dashboard was recently updated to ensure that this educational award is reflected accurately as Path Completion.

How to Use Club Funds — Club funds can be used to purchase materials, pay for meeting space, purchase refreshments, and more. See other allowable expenses on the Use of Club Funds page.

Missing Names for Educational Achievements? — When you see a number instead of a name on the Educational Achievements report, that is the member's ID number. This means the member has requested in privacy settings that their name not appear on public reports.
