When a prospective member submits a membership application online, how can a club officer pay for their membership?Back to TopWhen a prospective member completes a membership application online, their name will no longer reflect on the contact list on the Prospective Member Management page. Their name will move to the Membership Management page—their membership dues can be submitted from this screen if submitted to an officer. If the club is Self-Pay enabled, the prospective member also has the option to pay their membership dues right after submitting their application online with the “Pay now” option at the bottom of the application.

The membership dues for a prospective member were just submitted and processed, but their status is still showing as pending/unpaid.Back to TopWhen a prospective member converts to a paid member, their status may show as pending/unpaid for up to two hours.

Can a prospective member still join a club by filling out and submitting a physical membership application?Back to TopYes, prospective members still have multiple options for joining the club and the PDF version of the Membership Application will still be available on our website. If a physical or PDF Membership Application is received, this can be processed by an officer in Club Central through the Membership Management page.

Where can I view contacts that prospective members have submitted through Find a Club?Back to TopA new Prospective Member Management tile has been added to Club Central where any officer can view contacts submitted through Find a Club.

How can I manually add a new prospective member name to the contact list on the Prospective Member Management page?Back to TopAt this time, only prospective members that submit a contact through Find a Club will reflect on the contact list on the Prospective Member Management page. Club officers are encouraged to direct prospective members to contact a club/schedule a visit via Find a Club so their journey is recorded on this page and an online Membership Application can later be sent to them.

If a prospective member contacts the club through Find a Club, who receives that message?Back to TopWhen a prospective member contacts the club, the President, Vice President Membership, and Secretary will each receive an email at their email address on file. The full contact record can then be viewed on the new Prospective Member Management page of Club Central, which every club officer has access to.

Can a club officer message a prospective member through the Prospective Member Management page?Back to TopOnly incoming contacts that prospective members send through Find a Club will reflect on the contact’s record. To reply to or contact a prospective member, a club officer will need to copy the prospective member’s email address and send a response through their regular email channel.

Can a prospective member include a message to a club officer with their request to schedule a visit through Find a Club?Back to TopThere are two options for contacting a club via Find a Club: a prospective member can either message the club or schedule a visit. If a prospective member chooses to message the club, they cannot simultaneously schedule a visit and vice versa.

If a prospective member has not joined a club yet, why are they being prompted to create a login on the website when contacting a club through Find a Club?Back to TopThe first time a prospective member contacts a club through Find a Club they will not be prompted to create a login. Any additional clubs they contact after that first time, they will be required to create a login on the website to continue. This gives them access to the guest version of My Home, where they can view all clubs they have contacted/scheduled with through the guest-specific tile “Contacted Clubs.”

As a prospective member, how can I see the clubs that I contacted through Find a Club?Back to TopContacts and scheduled visits with clubs through Find a Club are captured and tracked under a new Contacted Clubs tile on the guest version of My Home. Prospective members must log in to the website to see this information.

How long will a prospective member remain on the contact list on the Prospective Member Management page?Back to TopA prospective member that does not convert to a paid member will remain on the Prospective Member Management page for seven months and will automatically be removed after that point.

How will a club officer know if they have been assigned an action item on a prospective member?Back to TopAn email will be sent to the club officer assigned to communicate with the prospective member.
