These modules are available for all leaders year-round and you should revisit them throughout the year.

District Leader Training is offered to incoming District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Growth Directors. You’ll develop core leadership skills, share best practices, and network with your peers from around the globe.

District Leader Training is conducted two days prior to the annual International Convention. Additional details, including registration, travel information, and training materials for District Leader Training are provided via email. Registration for International Convention is separate from District Leader Training.

Mid-year Training is offered during the month of January to District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Growth Directors. You will continue to develop core leadership skills, share best practices, and network with others from around the globe.
