How do I select my free path?Back to Top
To select your free path, visit your Toastmasters profile, click the “Choose A Path” button, and follow the normal path selection process. Please allow up to 24 hours after submitting your renewal dues for your free path to become available.

What is the deadline to select the free path?Back to Top
The deadline to select your free path is March 31, 2021.

Can I get a 20 discount towards my membership dues instead?Back to Top
No. The credit you will receive is for a free path, credited directly to your account.

Do I get this free path if I have a break in my membership?Back to Top
No. To receive the free path, you must be continuing your membership from September 2020 to October 2020, with no break. If you changed clubs between September and October, but had no break in membership, please contact supplyorders@toastmasters.org for assistance with selecting your free path.

What if I already have all the paths?Back to Top
If you have all the paths, you may choose to repeat a path to continue your learning journey.

Can I get a 20 store credit instead?Back to Top
No. The credit you will receive is for a free path, credited directly to your account.

Can I gift my free path to another member?Back to Top
No. All qualifying members will receive a free, non-transferrable credit directly to your account.

I renewed my membership in multiple clubs, do I get multiple free paths?Back to Top
No. All qualifying members will only receive one free path.

I renewed before the announcement, do I qualify for the free path?Back to Top
Yes. As long as you renewed your membership for the October 2020 renewals period before December 31, you will receive the free path.

Can I get a printed path for free? (i.e., not having to pay the printed surcharge)Back to Top
No. The free path credit is for a digital path only.

Why aren’t you discounting dues?Back to Top
Unfortunately, dues discounts are not possible. Like many other companies, Toastmasters has felt the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

I want my hardcopy magazine back. Can you send me those instead?Back to Top
No. Currently, the only option for enjoying the Toastmaster magazine is to read the digital version.

Can I give my free path to my club so other members can see what the path looks like?Back to Top
No. Free paths are not shareable.

Why is the website charging me 20 for my free path?Back to Top
You may have already redeemed the free path. If you believe this to be in error, please contact: supplyorders@toastmasters.org.

Am I able to exchange the free path at a later date?Back to Top
As long as you have not yet completed any project and/or any level award completion has not been submitted, you can exchange your redeemed free path by March 31, 2021. After this date, no exchanges can be initiated.

Can my club officer make this request for me?Back to Top
No. You must request your free path for yourself.

Will I ever lose this free path?Back to Top
Once you redeem your path, you will own it until you have completed the path. The last day to redeem your free path is March 31, 2021.

I paid annual renewals, do I get two free paths?Back to Top
No. All qualifying members will receive one free path.

Yes. As long as you meet the requirements, you will receive a free path.

I recently purchased a path, can I get a refund on that path instead of selecting a free path?Back to Top
No. There are no refunds on educational materials.
