Session Description
There is an ongoing sense of mistrust between leaders and their teams. The latest Mercer Trends Report found that two in five workers feel the world of work is broken, and one in four wish they didn’t have to work at all. This isn’t just a passing frustration, it’s the result of a workforce that feels tired, aimless, and stuck—with Gallup defining it as The Great Detachment. From economic uncertainty, generational divides, global instability and rapid AI adoption, the workforce is questioning, “Why are we here?”
Join Jennifer Moss as she breaks down the path to creating a work culture everyone wants:
Part 1—The Foundation of Work Culture: Moss suggests a new scaffolding based on hope, purpose, and community.
Part 2—Big New Challenges Facing Leaders: From AI anxiety to the remote/hybrid challenge to generational divides, Moss outlines that a new future of work needs a novel approach rooted in compassion, freedom and openness.
Part 3—The Changing Needs of Employees: Moss offers a new, more strategic approach to belonging and recognition.
