Networking Lunches*

Save time** and connect with other Toastmasters on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during optional networking lunches. Review the daily menus during the registration process. The ticket price includes lunch for three days. Individual tickets are not available.

Watch and participate at your own level while two fitness instructors lead you and your peers through the most popular exercises of the last few decades. This special fit and fun event is another nod to the centennial celebration--an exclusive 100th anniversary attraction that also lets you give back to the organization and its heritage! All proceeds go directly to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®. Don't miss it.

Join in the festivities of this 100th anniversary celebratory event, which includes a 1920s-style formal dinner/dancing, with live entertainment to welcome incoming International President Radhi Spear. 10 reserved VIP tables near the dance floor available on a first-come, first served basis that include VIP entrance and a souvenir. Choose a table (10 seats per table) during registration.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for in-person and online convention registration must be submitted no later than August 2, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (UTC -6). Cancellations will not be accepted after this date. All in-person cancellations will be subject to a $25 USD administrative fee. Submit your registration cancellation request or email conventionregistration@toastmasters.org.
*Livestreamed events will be in real time; check the agenda where they are listed in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)/UTC. On Demand replay will be available by the end of August. Once On Demand, recorded program events will be available with unlimited access to online attendees.
