The Wow!Factor Project invites all club leaders and members to raise the bar to the new gold standard of creating a successful Toastmasters club. Tips and resources will be highlighted on Toastmasters social channels. Additionally, clubs are encouraged to submit a one-minute video entry showing/telling how they created a successful club.
What is the correct way to reference this project in writing?Back to Top
The Wow!Factor Project is correct, with ‘Wow!’ appearing in italics and Wow!Factor written as one word. For the hashtag, use #wowfactor with no exclamation point.

Throughout The Wow!Factor Project, you can learn how to continue your club’s success or find ways to help your club achieve success through top-performing club meetings, improved member retention and strong leadership.

What do I need to know before submitting my club’s Wow!Factor video?Back to Top
First, make sure your club is ready to wow us with what makes it so great and different. Then, we encourage you to watch the Toastmasters International 9 Tips to Create a Better Video tutorial found on the Toastmasters YouTube channel here to ensure your video meets quality standards. After you film your video, ask yourself if you’d be proud to share it with prospective members and Toastmasters International. If the answer is “yes,” send it in!

When can I submit my club's Wow!Factor Project video? Is there a deadline?Back to Top
Toastmasters International will begin accepting video entries on February 5, 2019 to allow time for clubs to complete their assessments and prepare for open houses. At this time, there is no deadline to submit a video in The Wow!Factor Project. If a deadline is established in the future, it will be communicated via Toastmasters International social channels and this webpage.
