Each full card is made up of a detachable portion to be used as a guest badge and a second portion to be used as a guest informational card to be kept by the club.
Club officers should fill out the back of the name tag portion with contact information and other club information before tearing it off to give to the guest. Use a badge holder, safety pin or double sided tape to attach the badge to clothing. Fits in the Plastic Badge (Item 398K).
Have the guest fill out their information and check boxes to keep with your club records. This will help club officers better know what needs the guest has as a speaker and leader, and will allow for easy follow up after the meeting ends.
