Trademark Use Request

Toastmasters International is committed to protecting our brand, trademarks and copyrights. Please note that each request is viewed on a case-by-case basis, and is subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer.

Before submitting your request, please refer to Creating Your Own Materials and complete the following checklist in order to expedite the process.

Should you wish to create customized apparel for a special event, please see the Brand and Trademark Design Guidelines for Apparel.

Request Check-list:

  • I have checked the online store for my item, and it is not available.
  • I have ensured that my item meets all Brand expectations in the Brand Manual.
  • I have compared my item against the "Logo Don'ts" (Brand Manual pg. 36).
  • I understand that the following items are typically denied: badges, club banners, certificates, pins, ribbons, trophies, and plaques.
