Toastmasters International has negotiated a discounted room rate of $199 USD plus taxes and fees, currently a 21% charge that includes the Cable Beach Resort Association levy, the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board levy, and all applicable Value-Added Taxes (VATs), subject to change, and $59 USD per night/per room resort fee plus VAT and a service fee at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Resort and Convention Center. This special rate is available to Toastmasters convention attendees through July 26, 2023, on a first-come, first-served basis while supply lasts.

Hotel Cancellation and Room Block
Cancellation is seven (7) days prior to arrival. Please confirm your dates! If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, and you do not cancel the reservation seven (7) days in advance of your arrival, your ENTIRE reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged two nights' room, tax, and resort fee as a non-refundable deposit.

Booking a room in the Toastmasters room block is an important way to support the organization and keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Toastmasters commits to a block of rooms at the hotel on behalf of conference attendees and has a financial obligation to fill the block. Please help us avoid potential penalties and control costs for future events by staying at the official hotel. Staying within the block is also more convenient and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotel during the convention.
