Hotel Reservations
Toastmasters International has negotiated a discounted room rate of $186 USD plus taxes and fees (currently 15.25% sales tax, $2.50 city tax, and $20 USD per night/per room resort fee) at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. This special rate is available to Toastmasters convention attendees through July 27, 2022, on a first come, first served basis. Early reservations are recommended.

Hotel Cancellation and Room Block
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel 72 hours prior to arrival without a penalty. Please confirm your dates! If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date and you do not cancel the reservation 72 hours in advance of your arrival, your ENTIRE reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room plus tax as a non-refundable deposit.

Please help us to avoid potential penalties and control costs for future events by staying at the official hotel. Making your reservation within the Toastmasters room block is also more convenient for you as an attendee; it will help you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotel during the convention.
