Whether presenting to a small or large group, online or in person, you can learn to enhance your storytelling with stage presence, engage a hybrid audience, and add value with improvisational techniques. Fine-tune your speech-writing skills, too. This track will help you tell a more dramatic story—one that will leave a lasting impression on your audience!

Professional Development Track

Are you a professional who is ready to write a new career chapter? This track will re-energize you with the ambition needed to forge a new trail on your professional path. It will motivate you to set aside any fear of imposter syndrome, teach how your Toastmasters skills can serve you in the “great resignation,” and how to better understand the importance of succession planning.

Personal Growth Track

Happiness matters! As the lead character of your story, it is imperative that you take the time to invest in yourself, on the inside as much as the outside. Learn valuable tips to help you tell your story to effect positive change and discover what to say when you don't know what to say. This track is your opportunity to reflect, connect, and make a meaningful impact as you grow personally—and radiate that energy to those around you.

Inclusive Excellence Track

Sharpen your awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Learn from thought leaders on the importance of becoming more aware of your unconscious bias, how to champion differences, and revitalize member engagement by creating safe spaces. This track will give you great insight and tools on how to maximize engagement for you and others in any collaborative setting!
