Biography
Mo Barrett Leadership speaker, anecdotalist, Air Force pilot, entrepreneur
Mo Barrett is an anecdotalist, connector, and leadership speaker who began her career in the air, after training with the Air Force Academy. It was there that Barrett had a successful failure—she was the first member of her pilot training class to earn an “Unsatisfactory” grade. Barrett went on to fly as a pilot in the Air Force all over Central and South America. She later moved to Northern California, flying the Lockheed C-5 all over the world.
After 25 years in the Air Force, Barrett retired as a Colonel. As a speaker, Barrett relays her struggles with being a non-conformist in the military. She is also a certified public speaker with The John Maxwell Team.
