John Laurito served as president and CEO of Concord Wealth Management, the Boston Agency of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company for seven years. During that time, he led the agency to more than triple in size, moving it from last place to second place in national ranking.
Prior to Penn Mutual, Laurito spent 18 years with Ameriprise Financial in various roles, including field vice president and regional vice president. He earned the Outstanding Leader Award and Diamond Ring Club honors, through numerous accomplishments, including bringing the Hartford, Connecticut, United States office from a number-100 ranking to number-one in the country, under his leadership.
Laurito has a specialty in “turnarounds,” leading four additional organizations through major change and transformation.
He is the host of the acclaimed leadership podcast, Tomorrow’s Leader, which has listeners in 66 countries around the globe. He is the author of the book, Tomorrow’s Leader: How the Best Leaders Get Better in a Fast-Changing World.
