Update Your Semiannual Officer List Online

If your club elects officers twice a year, it's time to hold elections for the next term. Once they are elected, please notify World Headquarters of the results. It's easy to log in and submit your club officer list online. Be sure to submit by December 31 to receive Distinguished Club credit.

Set Your Club Up For Success

Send your officers to district-sponsored training twice each year to maintain club quality. Plus, when four or more of them attend during each period, your club gets credit for Goal 9 in the Distinguished Club Program. Training will be held between December 1 and February 28. Please visit the resource library for training materials.

Order Supplies by December 18

Each year, World Headquarters conducts year-end inventory to account for every item in the Toastmasters warehouse. Because of this, supply orders will not be processed from December 18, 2016 to January 2, 2017.
