Add Members, Win an Award — Make membership-building fun by encouraging everyone to participate in the Smedley Award program, which runs from August 1 through September 30. When a club adds five new, reinstated, or dual memberships (with a join date of August or September) by September 30, it will earn a special ribbon to display on the club banner! As a bonus, a club will receive a 10% discount on their next club order from the Toastmasters Online Store.

Submit Your Club’s Success Plan — After your club officers have completed the Club Success Plan, it can be uploaded in Club Central by going to the “Club Success Plan” tile. Once there, a fillable PDF of the plan can be downloaded too! When you are ready to upload the plan, click on “Upload Plan” and then follow the prompts. Should you need to edit the plan, the most recent version can be replaced by uploading the new version. Questions on this process can be directed to clubofficers@toastmasters.org.

Earn Credit for Club Officer Training — When club officers are well-trained, club members are better served, leading to increased member retention and greater satisfaction. If your club members attended Club Officer Training, make sure to work with your District leaders to ensure it has been reported to earn Distinguished Club Program credit. Training reports submitted directly to World Headquarters by clubs cannot be accepted. Club officers attending a training session are responsible for giving the person conducting the training session their names, offices, and club numbers. The Area Director, Division Director, or Program Quality Director can record the credit online. The deadline to report club officer training via District Central is September 30 (changes accepted until October 31).

Renewal Dues Time — Club officers are responsible for collecting and submitting member renewal payments twice a year, in April and October. Clubs will remain in good standing and receive credit for the Distinguished Club Program by logging in to Club Central and processing member dues by October 1. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with Club and Member Support by email at renewals@toastmasters.org or call +1 720-439-5050. Please also review our recently updated Renewal Dues FAQ.
