Damon Moon co-founded an education technology company that helps college students make meaningful relationships with their classmates. In the evenings, he teaches entrepreneurship and innovation courses at San José State University in California, United States.
Prior to his startup, Moon worked at Samsung Electronics, where he led Design Thinking programs for an internal, open-innovation platform called SamsungOpen. He spent the first decade of his career in management consulting, helping tech clients capture new business opportunities, expand globally, and improve their bottom line.
In his free time, Moon likes to go mountain biking and invite people over for Brazilian-style steaks. He lives with his wife, Joy, and his two teenage kids, Jiho and Teo, in the Bay Area of California.
