Jennifer L. Blanck has more than 27 years of career coaching, professional development, and communications experience. She currently directs professional development programming at a not-for-profit organization and serves as a freelance career coach. Her career development experience spans multiple organizations and countries, including establishing and providing strategic leadership for new career services programs at two international higher education institutions.

Jennifer has lived in three countries, traveled to more than 38 countries across six continents, and advised people from more than 43 different countries on career planning and job search strategies, tactics, and materials. She has also coached and evaluated clients and led public-speaking workshops for global audiences. Jennifer has written a textbook chapter and more than 75 published articles and essays. She joined Toastmasters in 1995 and is currently a member of AAMC Toastmasters in Washington, DC.

Paul Binkley

Paul Binkley

Paul Binkley has over 20 years of career services, student affairs, international development, and higher education management experience. Currently, he is implementing a strategy to integrate core career readiness competencies into a Liberal Arts curriculum as the executive director of the Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) at the University of Mary Washington (UMW), in Virginia. Prior to UMW, he directed the Student Career Development team at the Johns Hopkins University’s (JHU) Homewood Career Center; he also spent 13 years working in career development at The George Washington University (GWU) in Washington.

Paul has also worked in Afghanistan, Barbados, Iraq, Kosovo, Tajikistan, and several other countries in Europe and Africa as an independent contractor and as an Elections Observer with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). He is a certified MBTI facilitator, and a Board-Certified Coach (BCC). He earned his doctorate at GWU, is a certified MBTI facilitator, a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), and he co-authored the book "Student's Federal Career Guide."

Teresa Dukes traveled the world helping people be heard, understood, and remembered. She uncovers your hidden talents so you can ‘present at your best’ and walk away from your fears. She has trained more than 30,000 people in effective communication skills covering presentations, speeches, competitions, and interviews.

Teresa is a long-standing member of Toastmasters International and served from 2015-2017 as a member of the Board of Directors.

She is the founding director of Dukes Consultancy, which is dedicated to helping people gain the skills needed to become more effective speakers and leaders. She is also a co-founder of the Interview Survival Guide, an interview bootcamp. She co-authored the best-selling book on Amazon, World Class Speaking in Action, as well as Women On Success.

Teresa has spoken in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Germany, Switzerland, Ivory Coast, South Africa, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, and Thailand.

Brillian S. K. is a public speaker, trainer, a Gallup-certified strengths coach, a certified Dr. Marshall Goldsmith coach, and a trained facilitator. He works as senior vice president and head of human resources with Times Professional Learning, a division of Bennett, Coleman and Company Ltd. (Times of India Group).

Brillian has trained and coached CXO's, students, and Young Leaders in his spare time. He was recognized by the Indian HR Forum as the Best HR Leader in EdTech in Dec 2019. Brillian is also a part of the curriculum development team for a Women's University in Mumbai and the recipient of the REX fellow (Silver), instituted by the United Nations. He has been a Toastmaster since 2009, and served as Region 13 Advisor in 2019-2020.
