Pamela Fuller is FranklinCovey’s thought leader on unconscious bias, lead architect of its organizational solution, and one of the firm’s top global sales leaders. Pamela is the coauthor of the bestselling book The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias. She began her career in nonprofit fundraising and advocacy. After earning an MBA, Pamela served as a diversity analyst at the U.S. Department of Defense.

She is a highly sought-after consultant, speaker, and strategist. Pamela has addressed leaders across the world on unconscious bias, high-potential leadership, and building an inclusive and effective culture to include the United Nations System, U.S. federal government, and the Fortune 500.
