2019 International Speech Contest Region Quarterfinals
The 2018–2019 International Speech Contest is the first to include region quarterfinals. The new sequence is: district contests, region quarterfinals, semifinals and then finals.
The first-place contestant from each district progressed to the region quarterfinals level, which was conducted by video. Each region was judged by a panel of nine voting judges and one tiebreaking judge using the International Speech Contest Judges Guide and Ballot. The top three contestants from each region are listed below. First-place contestants are invited to compete in the semifinals at the Toastmasters International Convention.
