What is your area of expertise? I have a Masters in Computer Science and am currently working as a Developer Advocate, the University Relations Manager and the Editor in Chief at a global company.
How does your professional experience relate to your role as Chief Reviewer?
One of my jobs is being the editor in chief for the tech blog of a global company in Korea. One of my main roles is managing the entire content posting plan which includes selecting relevant topics, allocating the resources for content translation, and occasionally translating content myself.
What do you like most about being a translation reviewer for the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience?
The number of Korean speaking clubs is growing in Korea, and more and more Korean members have been longing for a Korean translation of Pathways. I'm so honored to be part of this great movement. I'm also excited to lead and work with many talented members and staff at Toastmasters International.
"That I can make use of my bilingual and highly cognitive nature in setting the basis for the future of Korean clubs is a great pleasure. It pleases me more as Lead Reviewer, that I am in a position to ensure the quality of the end result."
"I love Toastmasters and am eager to see more Koreans come to know about Toastmasters. Just waiting for the Korean Translation itself is exciting, but being involved in the translation as a Lead Reviewer is an unforgettable experience. I see this Lead Reviewer role as a great opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills. Thank you for allowing me to participate in this historical project!"
"I can proudly support many Korean to be excellent speakers and powerful leaders through Toastmasters programs."
