How does your professional experience relate to your role as Chief Reviewer?
When I came to know that Toastmasters clubs can operate in bi-lingual languages, the first thing came to my mind was Indian National Rupee Notes/Bill.  The back of each Rupee Notes has its value printed in 13 different languages.  An idea sprung up.  I should start bi-lingual clubs based on my exposure to four Indian languages. Tamil was instant choice. The project became my High Performance Leadership project.  With the help of District leaders and Tamil friends, a bi-lingual club named Senthamil was found in 2013 in Bothell, WA, USA. This is the club where I experiment myself on my project management, knowledge management, and servant-leadership skills.  Coincidently, the Translations Reviewers team consists of 13 members. As a chief and servant-leader, I hope to serve those 13 members as their note/bill where they can print their valuable contributions to the project.

What do you like most about being a translation reviewer for the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience?
I foresee two categories of audience for this translated material. First, the manuals in Tamil would help some Tamil speaking toastmasters to have more fun and feel connected with the language in the meeting. I fall under this category. However, the true value of this translated material would be realized when a Tamil person with no knowledge to read/write in English uses the manual to improve his/her potential and improves his/her leadership skill at work, home, and community. As a translation reviewer, I look forward to empowering the Tamil people who fall under the second category.
