Ambassadors

Ambassadors have a major role to play in making the revitalized education program successful. They are charged with building excitement and support for the program by motivating, educating and inspiring Toastmasters around the world. This calls for members who are skilled and enthusiastic speakers and communicators.

This group of Ambassadors consists of approximately 1,500 volunteers. There is one Ambassador for every 10 clubs within a district, and one Chief Ambassador for every district.

The role of Chief Ambassador includes:

  • Leading the Ambassadors of the district
  • Educating the Ambassadors and other members about the revitalized program
  • Providing updates as the project progresses
  • Explaining the program’s enhancements and benefits
  • Serving as a conduit between the development team and Ambassadors
  • Answering members’ questions
