A Cultural Interchange

Phelps is a United States Department of Defense government employee and was in Kuwait on business. Pearl of the Gulf club, made up of professional Kuwaiti businesswomen, was having an open meeting the day Phelps attended. “What a joy these ladies were and what a fun, festive cultural interchange we shared on my visit,” Phelps says. “This meeting was a memorable way to end 2016 and bring in 2017.”
