Throughout the year, the district is required to submit reporting requirements to World Headquarters. If these requirements are not met, the district reserve cannot be accessed, and in some cases, Distinguished District cannot be achieved. Prerequisites for the Distinguished District Program – Due September 30
Division and Area Director Training Report
The division and area director training report is a requirement of the Distinguished District Program.
District Success Plan
This plan, in conjunction with the Distinguished District Program, serves as your strategic plan for the program year. The District Success Plan is a requirement of the Distinguished District Program.
Reporting Requirements – Due to District Services by July 15
District Leader List
Each year during election season, the district leadership team will receive information about submitting the district leader list of incoming officers. Any changes, corrections or updates must be entered by September 1 for the officers to receive credit for the full term towards the Advanced Leader Silver (ALS) award.

Area and Division Alignment Changes
World Headquarters will send alignment forms to the district director and district director-elect in mid June.
The Toastmasters International Executive Committee must approve all signers on district accounts.
