What is the return policy?Back to Top
The return policy can be found on the Toastmasters International website under the category Conditions of Use.
How long does it take to engrave/customize items?Back to TopThere is no express service for engraved items. Information will be engraved exactly as it is received.
The normal turnaround time for processing engraved orders is:
- 1-9 items: 8 working days
- 10-15 items: 9 working days
- 16-20 items: 11 working days
- 20 + items: 13+ working days
Note: these times do not include shipping/delivery time.
What is the processing/handling timing?Back to Top
Standard orders can take up to five business days to process; those requiring customization may require more than five days.
Express processing: for a $15 service charge orders received by 12 p.m. Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. Pacific Time are processed and shipped within eight working hours. Express handling is not available for orders containing items to be customized.

What does it mean if I've submitted payment but the screen went blank?Back to Top
The session may have timed out. Log out of your browser; after logging back in, go to your Profile link to view your Order History. Your last order/payment should be reflected there, if it has not you'll need to re-access your cart and submit the order again.
How do I enter my engraving/customization detail?Back to TopOnce you have added the item to the cart you will see the summary of your cart items. Click on the Engraving Details link below the item. This will open the customization window for your desired text. Click save. Return to your cart item summary.
How do I remove items from my cart?Back to Top
When you are viewing the cart item summary there is a large red X next to each line item; simply click on the X to remove an item from your cart.
How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?Back to TopOur system will default to the primary address on record at World Headquarters for both the billing and shipping addresses. To change the billing or shipping address (do not edit the existing address) choose the Create New Address option. Click Choose Address and Continue to select the address applicable to your order.
Where can I see my order information after it's been placed?Back to Top
You can view your order history as well as your download history on your Profile page.
Can I make changes to my order once it's been submitted/paid?Back to Top
Our website orders are made in real time. Once your order is submitted/paid you are unable to make any changes online.
How do I enter a promo or coupon code?Back to Top
Once you have added all items to your cart click on Check Out, Step 1 of 2; make sure to view the link Review our steps to obtaining discounts. You will also see a window and coupon code next to the applicable items; enter the coupon code then click on Apply Code. Promotional Codes are entered in the window under the summary of listed items and cost breakdown.
