Participation Opportunities
There are a variety of awareness-generating sponsorship opportunities at International Convention:
Cyber Center
One of the most highly trafficked areas at Convention is the Cyber Center, where attendees check their email, complete session surveys and browse the Internet on free-standing kiosks. Participating sponsor logos will be placed on the home screen of each computer and on the overhead banner. (Limit four sponsors.)
Cost: $2,500
Display Area and Tabletop
Located in an area central to the traffic flow, each exhibitor will have a 10’ X 5’ area that includes an 8’ skirted table and two chairs. This proximity to the events encourages face-to-face interaction with attendees and repeat exposure to reinforce your brand.
Cost: $2,000
Program Advertising
All attendees will receive a full-color Convention program that they will refer to throughout the four-day event. Ad space is available in full and half pages.

Full-page Ad - $1,500
Half-page Ad - $850
Attendee Bag
This sponsorship is an opportunity to receive exposure to all attendees throughout the event. Every attendee at Convention will receive a bag at registration. (Limit two sponsors.)
Cost: $2,000
Pen Advertisement
This sponsorship is an opportunity for logo exposure to all attendees at the Convention. The pens will be distributed during registration to each attendee.
Cost: $1,200
Website Recognition
All Convention sponsors will receive name and logo recognition on the Toastmasters International Convention website.
