Create Your Club or District Website
Use any of these step-by-step guides to set up a new free Toastmasters club or district website or to help reformat your previous website. The whole process should take less than an hour!

If you do not use FreeToastHost2.0, Toastmasters International offers official WordPress and Google templates for clubs and districts. Be sure to follow the Brand Manual when designing your website and incorporate the logo, stock photography, graphic elements, color palette and typography. As you update your club or district website, please be sure to expire outdated club and district websites that you no longer wish members or prospective members to view.

Use Existing Branded Materials
To save you time and money, and help you portray a consistent global brand, a variety of free materials are available on this web page.

Creating Your Own Materials
Please review Toastmasters’ Policy and Protocol on trademarks and copyrights (especially pages 160–169). Then request brand and trademarks approval by following this process:

1. Design. Please allow two to four weeks for brand and trademark approval. Review the Brand Manual so your design follows brand standards. Incorporate the Toastmasters logo, language guidelines, fonts (Brand Manual page 41-45), colors (Brand Manual page 29), graphic elements and stock photography found on this page. If you have questions, contact brand@toastmasters.org.

2. Submit. Submit an official Trademark Use Request Form with a sample of your design. If the trademarks or branding team has questions, you will be contacted.

*Please note that not all trademark use requests are approved. Only after you receive approval may you purchase or print your approved items. In all cases the Executive Director has final authority.

Your Club Could Win!
Six winners will be chosen, one per month through June 2013. Each winning club will be highlighted on Toastmasters International social networks and this web page.

How?
Show off your club’s branding and club spirit by submitting (to brand@toastmasters.org) a photo of your club posing with and holding your Toastmasters materials and products:

  • Materials and products can include (but are not limited to) your banner, lectern, marketing materials, name badges and ribbons
  • Images must be high resolution, one megabyte to five megabytes
  • Minimum of five club members per photograph

Submission Deadlines
Winners will be selected in the first week of each month beginning in August 2012 through June 2013. Deadlines for entry submissions are as follows:

  • January 31
  • February 28
  • March 31
  • April 30
  • May 31
  • June 30

The following guidelines do apply:

  • One entry per club, per month
  • A club can only win once in the six month contest period
