Electronic Voting System
This year during the August Annual Business Meeting, we will be utilizing an electronic voting system for all elections. While visiting credentials, each delegate will receive a handheld wireless keypad. Each keypad will be linked to the delegate’s member number for tracking to insure the correct number of ballots is assigned to each voting member.
Delegates will sign for and receive their keypad in place of ballots in credentials. Keypad training will be provided during Credentials.
During the election process, ballots will be projected on the screen for all delegates to view and can be edited up to the last minute to add floor candidates if necessary. Delegates will enter the amount of votes they are casting for each candidate into the keypad.
The electronic voting process promises accuracy and time savings while conducting our Annual Business Meeting.
You must visit Credentials to obtain your keypad. Credentials will be open:
Wednesday, August 21, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 22, 2 – 6 p.m.
Friday, August 23, 2:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Please note: Credentials will not be open on Saturday prior to the Annual Business Meeting.
