Important note: The recognition reports are processed between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) each day. Please do not access the reports during this time because the data may not be accurate while they are being run. When the reports are completed, you can be assured that the data on the Classic reports will be correct.
As we approach the end of the program year, performance reporting is more important than ever. You’re well aware of our challenges in providing accurate data through new dashboards we introduced in July 2012. To ensure that you have accurate data when you need it most, we’re pleased to let you know that we are making changes.
All of the data integrity issues have been resolved in the reporting system. These are reflected in the Classic reports. However, because of the limited capabilities and inflexibility inherent in Silverlight and HTML5, these reports were taken down permanently on Thursday, May 23, 2013.
For the remainder of the year please use the Classic reports for performance tracking as your only source for this data. All of these reports enable volunteer leaders to access key performance indicators that relate to specific goals, as well as track their club, area, division and district achievements in the distinguished programs.

We are happy to announce that a more flexible reporting solution will be implemented for the 2013-2014 year. Beginning Friday, July 26, 2013, you will have a new reporting system that has been customized and tested specifically for the diverse needs of Toastmasters. This upgraded system offers:
- Compatibility with the most widely used browsers
- Mobile access
- Increased flexibility for future enhancements
- An intuitive user interface
- Greater performance
- A look and feel that is familiar and includes all the information you need to track performance
- Immediate access – software add-ins or downloads are not required
