Nomination/Application and Selection Process
The application process is now closed.
Candidates can self-nominate or be nominated by a fellow Toastmaster.
If a candidate self-nominates:
- Submit the Nomination form and RA Marketing Bio Sketch to Toastmasters World Headquarters. Forms for the 2011 term will be made available at a later date.
If a candidate is nominated:
- The nominator must submit the Nomination form to Toastmasters World Headquarters. Forms for the 2011 term will be made available at a later date.
- World Headquarters will then notify nominee with instructions on how to proceed through the review process. If interested in pursuing the role, the nominee must submit an RA Marketing Bio Sketch to World Headquarters.
Regardless of whether they are self-nominating or being nominated, all candidates are required to submit a completed Nomination form and RA Marketing Bio Sketch. Resumes and curriculum vitaes will not be accepted.
Selection Process
Candidates selected to move to the next level will be contacted by World Headquarters. After reviewing additional assessments and interviews, the selection committee (composed of seven members of the Board of Directors) will submit recommendations to the Board as a whole, who will then make a final determination at the February Board Meeting. Following the February Board Meeting, all region advisor marketing candidates will be contacted and appointments will be announced at the end of February.
Appointees begin their terms on March 1.
