District Treasurer Training. Includes notes, slides and handouts for district treasurer. These materials are for the purpose of walking through the training program only. To conduct treasurer related business, the district must download the forms and templates from the District Finance Corner.

Division and Area Governors
The following programs must be used as the core curriculum of every district’s training programs for division and area governors:
Achieve Success Standards. Division and area governor standards, planning, setting goals and achieving goals in the Distinguished Area, Division and Club Programs.
Maintaining Strong Clubs. Improving club quality through effective area-club visits.
Build New Clubs. Provides area and division governors with instruction on how to recognize new club opportunities and build new clubs.
Build a Successful Team. Instruction for building and motivating area and division teams.
Conducting Quality Speech Contests. Familiarizes area and division governors with judging, recognition and speech contest basics. Includes a helpful speech contest checklist.
