Seeking International Officers and Directors

Toastmasters International needs effective leaders who have the ability and foresight to guide our organization to new successes and even higher standards for quality. Visit the Candidate Information webpage to learn more about the qualities Toastmasters International seeks in a potential board member.

The Form Library Offers Convenience

As a district leader, you'll need many forms and manuals throughout the year, ranging from the reporting requirements to the District Leadership Handbook (Item 222). The form library provides all of them in one easy-to-find location.

Help Your District Grow with a Club Extension Chair

World Headquarters often receives contacts from prospective club members and forwards their information to districts within 48 hours. Your district can assign a club extension chair to help the district governor and lieutenant governor marketing pursue these new club leads promptly. To start, email districts@toastmasters.org with the name and contact information of your new club extension chair. After your message is received, new club leads will be forwarded to your club extension chair, district governor and lieutenant governor marketing.

Conduct an Effective Club Visit

Area governors, are you optimizing your club visits? Toastmasters' local service model assists area governors in developing organizational and leadership skills while they help clubs grow.

Keep Your District on Track

Throughout the year, the district is required to submit reporting documents to World Headquarters. If these requirements are not met, the District Reserve cannot be accessed, and in some cases, Distinguished District status cannot be achieved. Check this webpage to access the requirements, forms and due dates to help your district stay on track.

District Conference Materials

Have you held your district conference? Are your district conference materials following the brand guidelines? If not, review the District and Club Leader Brand Manual (PDF) and visit the Brand Portal to download the new logo, color palette, typography and design elements to refresh your materials.
