- U.S. Clubs Must Turn in IRS 990-N Form. Please be sure to file your 990-N by March 15, 2011. Once completed, remember to e-mail the e-Postcard confirmation to Toastmasters International at 990N@toastmasters.org.
- Special Tax Update for California Clubs. Please note that a new California filing requirement (199-N) similar to the Federal 990-N will be
effective in 2011 for all California based clubs. Be sure to learn about this important change.

- Audited Mid-year Treasurer's Report Due. Attention district leaders! The Mid-year Treasurer's Report and supporting documentation for the first half of the year is due February 15. Get these to your audit committee now to make the due date. Please note: This is for district leaders only.
- Area Club Visits. Club visits are critical to an area governor's success, and they help your clubs flourish within the Toastmasters organization and community at large. Be sure to arrange your club visits between January 1 and April 30 and again from July 1 to October 31. Remember, visits are required twice a year.
- Club Officer Training Credit - Check Reports for Accuracy! LGETs, please submit your Club Officer Training Report online through the District Business section on the Toastmasters International Web site no later than March 31, 2011. Check your district's reports regularly for accuracy under "Distinguished Club Program by Division/Area."

Check Your E-mail Inbox
Toastmasters International will e-mail reminders to club officers about April dues renewals by the beginning of March. Beginning March 1, officers can submit the renewals through the Toastmasters Web site by accessing Club Central. Do you know what's needed to submit dues renewals online?

Starting February 14, 2011, club leaders will enjoy an improved experience on the Toastmasters Web site:
- The Online Store. An enhanced interface will allow clubs and districts to order engraving on products more simply and easily.
- My Profile. New accounts can now be created and profiles updated.
- Club/District Business Sections. Club and district leaders will enjoy three major improvements:
- Club officers will be able to add dual and reinstated memberships online.
- Speech Contest Kits will be available for purchase to download electronically in the near future.
- District leaders will be able to place district orders online.
