Make sure you notify WHQ of your district’s International Speech Contest winner and runner-up. Not doing so can jeopardize representation of your district at the regional conferences. If you haven’t received an e-mail containing the “Report of District International Speech Contest Winners” form for WHQ and other forms for some participants, please contact speechcontests@toastmasters.org right away.
