Be ready to submit alignment changes to World Headquarters by July 15, 2010. In mid-June, you will receive an e-mail that details how to submit district alignment changes for the 2010-2011 program year.

There are three critical documents due to World Headquarters by July 15, 2010. Please submit the 2010-2011 district leaders lists and 2010-2011 district calendar of events to reportingrequirements@toastmasters.org. The 2010-2011 district signature form must be sent to districtfinancialquestions@toastmasters.org.

2009-2010 financial supporting documents are due to World Headquarters by November 30, 2010. Note: Include a detailed list of the entire year’s expenditures, by date, and reference the Year-End Report as necessary. Please send any questions to districtfinancialreports@toastmasters.org.
Reminder for Treasurers: Turn in Year-End Audit Report
It’s year-end – time for the past year’s treasurers to help incoming treasurers get started. Before you hand over the books, complete your year-end audit report and turn it in to World Headquarters by August 31.
